CLASSES FOR ALL ABILITIES
This is a club where Line Dancing is FUN!!!
Val Vella is a Fully Qualified BWDA Line Dance Instructor and has been running these classes for over 11 years.
Classes are split into Beginners, Improvers & Intermediates. We also have a monthly social dance for members of all the classes which is a request night and very popular! New Absolute Beginners classes are started every January. WEDNESDAYS 7.45pm at 1st Clevedon Scout Hall. New members are very welcome, and can join the class at any time during the year.
The Club also has a demonstration team who can be seen at various summer fetes etc, and we also regularly visit local homes for the elderly to entertain them. We recently held a very successful 'Daffodil' Line dance to raise money for the Marie Curie Cancer Care Appeal and was able to hand over a cheque for £327.
Val takes members of the club on line dance weekends, mainly in Torquay, which are great fun.Last year at the end of October we again went to Spain for a long weekend in Benidorm and the following weekend we were celebrating Christmas at a line dance weekend in Torquay. This year we will be going to Weston-super-Mare, dancing on the pier, for 3 days, a line dance cruise to Norway with Peter and Alison as well as our three visits to Chris in Torquay and of course Benidorm again in October! Next year we have 'Mad Lizzie' in Liverpool and dancing in Disneyland Paris to look forward to as well as some more local weekends so you will never have a dull moment if you join Easy Strollers!
